Joseph Scott Spitzer, 66, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment with full honors will be at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 6 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home, where a rosary will begin at 7 p.m. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the St. Thomas the Apostle Building Fund, 2920 Azle Ave., Fort Worth, Texas 76106. He is survived by his wife, Jackie; children, Gregory, Debbie and Jessica; sister, Laura; four grandchildren.
