Joyce Ann Smith, passed away November 13, 2012 at her home. Graveside service: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home. Joyce Ann Smiths laughter could change the dynamic of any room. When she was happy, everyone around her were happy. Joyce was a woman that did not come from a family of her own, but created two families during her life. One family with Donald Banks with whom she gave birth to two daughters; Christina Huff and Colline Kelley. And another family when she married Dale Smith and she became the Step-Mother to 3 children ; Tim Smith, Cindy Smith, and Melissa Wells. Joyce loved dearly all her children and cared for them to her utmost capability. Her heart was so giving, kind and loving. Joyce would never take for granted the time anyone spent with her. She cherished every memory made as we too will cherish our memories with her. I love you Grandma.
