Judy was born October 2, 1942, in Brownwood, Texas, to father, Emil Stanke and mother, Jean Stanke. Judy's bright smile and warm caring heart brought light and warmth to everyone who knew her.

A woman of diverse passions, Judy found joy in the little things that made life extraordinary. She delighted in traveling, cherished quiet moments on the ranch tending to her cows, and enjoyed long, scenic drives through the countryside. Her flower garden was a sanctuary of beauty, and her loyal dog, Ginger, brought her endless companionship. Judy dedicated her time to volunteering at her church and had a heart for giving back to others. Judy loved spending her Friday evening with friends and family dancing at the Azle Opry.

Judy was deeply devoted to her family, and her love radiated across generations.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Dean Murphree, and her parents, Emil and Jean Stanke.

Judy leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, carried on by her children, Bobby Hutson and wife, Michelle; Rodney Rasberry; Tara Koch and husband, Ricky; Jill Gatlin and husband, Rob; and Leslie Zander; the proud grandmother of Bobby James Hutson, Jennifer Lynn Scott, Michael Wayne Whiteis and wife, Ashley, Jarrod Rasberry, Annabella Gallagher, Tyler Clounch and wife, Heather, Cody Clounch and wife, Paige; Jaxon Koch, Hannah Gatlin, and Havyn Gatlin; six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Emily Anderson and husband, John; along with numerous cherished nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers to honor Judy's life are Jarrod, Michael, Tyler, Cody, Jaxon, Ricky, and Rob.

Judy's compassion, generosity, and zest for life will forever be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to share in her journey.
