She was born November 25, 1948 in Abilene, Texas to Herschiel Lee Hickey, Sr. and Gathrel Ineta (Woodard) Hickey. Judy was a beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; gardening, fishing, cooking and best of all, spending time with her family. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Herschiel and Gathrel Hickey; her husband, Milton "Butch" Perry; her son, Larry Hickey; her sisters, Ann and Francis; her brothers, Eugene Hickey and Herschiel Lee Hickey, Jr. She is survived by, her son and daughter-in-law, James and Chrysta Perry; her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Mike Tibbets; her sister, Ina Hudnall; her three grandsons, Jay Allen, Christopher Langford, and Landen Perry; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
