June D. Patterson Henderson, 93, left this world on Saturday, May 23, 2015, after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. June was a longtime member of Rosen Heights Baptist Church and was involved with the Good Cheer Class for more than 50 years. She was a lifetime member of the PTA and longtime member of the Rosen Heights Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Henderson; her parents, Carl and Opal Patterson; sister, Pansy Miller; and brothers, Bill and Jack Patterson. June is survived by her daughter, Jane Barnette and husband, Barney; and grandchildren, Cale Barnette, Sarah Barnette and Regina Upchurch.
