Justice Lee Roy Blocker, 84, a retired T.C.S.O. deputy, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Private committal will be in Saginaw Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Belynda; daughter, Gina Reeves; son, Brett Blocker and wife, Wendy; granddaughters, Alexandra Reeves and Baylee Blocker; and a large extended family.
