Karen Stringer, 60, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Biggers Funeral Home.

Karen Stringer was born in Fort Worth, Texas on March 18, 1964, to David & Doris Bruski. She grew up in Lake Worth Texas and attended Lake Worth high school and was a proud member of the drill team. After graduating from Lake Worth High School, she attended the University of North Texas. In 2005 she became a schoolteacher at William James middle school. She taught English for 19 years.

Karen was preceded in death by her father, David Bruski, and her sister, Sandy Goulding.

She is survived by her mother, Doris Bruski, and her sons, Kyle, Casey, Connor, and daughter-in-law, Gabriela Lili Hernandez.

She will be forever remembered for her immense acts of kindness, selflessness, and absolute dedication to her loving family & friends.
