Kelly Wayne Bourland, 54, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 after a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Kelly was born in Fort Worth on October 9, 1962 and grew up in Lakeside. He resided in Winnsboro for 20 years before returning to Fort Worth. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deveree; father, Herman Bourland; brother, Haney Bourland and sister, Stacey Hunter. Survivors include his mother, Shirley Bourland Stilwell; son, Kelly Bourland Jr. and wife, Samantha; brother, Rodney Bourland; children by marriage, Jeff Stoddard and family, Velva Duffer, Tracie Palmer and family; grandsons, Dakota Bourland and Zander Duffer; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
