Kenneth Eugene Burgess, age 89, passed away, Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at his home in Pottsboro, Texas. Graveside Service: 3:00 pm., Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Azleland Memorial Park, Azle, Texas Kenneth was born June 24, 1932 in Bokchito, Oklahoma to Dewey and Exie Burgess. He served his country in the US Army and spent most of his life working for Harbison-Fisher as a machinist. In his retirement, he loved spending time hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by, his parents; his wife, Ann Burgess; his grandson, Bobby Burgess; and his brothers and sisters, J.D. Buford, Dessie, May, Retha and JoAnn. Kenneth is survived by, his two sons, Leslie C Burgess and wife, Lisa, Bobby G. Burgess and wife, Debbie; his grandchildren, Les Burgess, Jr. and wife Tia, Ashley Booten and husband, David, Kristen Allen and husband, Charles, Andrew Burgess and wife, Cathy; his great-grandchildren, Blayne, Seth, Gavin, Dustin, Emma, Ella, Khloe, Brayden and Madelyn; his sisters, Wanda Magbee and husband, Ray and Dorothy Allen and husband, Josh.
