Landon Warren Mason, 36, born in Fort Worth on February 24, 1981, passed from this life March 6, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 10, 2017 at First United Methodist Church of Azle, 200 Church Street, Azle 76020. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sgt. Landon Warren Masons honor to the Wounded Warriors Foundation. He loved and served his country, doing tours in Iraq and Afghanistan for 16 years with the United States Army in the 101st Airborne Division. After his tours, he became an Army Recruiter and a member of the National Guard. Landon leaves behind two sons, Clayton and Jaxon Mason who were his world; his mother, Teri Klein and step-father, Craig Klein; father, Steve Mason; brothers, Shane Mason, Josh McDonald; and numerous other family members.
