Service: 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 5, 2025, Biggers Funeral Chapel.

Interment: following service at Greenwood Memorial Park.

Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2025, Biggers Funeral Home.

Laquetta "Rudy" Sampson, lovingly known as Rudy, was born with a vibrant spirit that shined throughout her 77 years. Outgoing, warm, and full of genuine kindness, she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Rudy's greatest love was her family. She treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, proudly cheering them on in everything they did. Her playful sense of humor, warm hugs, and wide, welcoming smile made her a constant source of comfort and happiness.

A woman of many passions, Rudy loved country and western dancing, often lighting up the dance floor with her energy and laughter. At home, she enjoyed relaxing with old westerns on television—stories of grit, heart, and adventure that matched her own strong and spirited nature.

Rudy was preceded in death by her son, Ira Charles Bellows.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Steve Sampson; her son, Steve Bellows; her sister, Martha Pippin; brother-in-law, Doug Pippin; stepdaughter, Stephani King; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immeasurable joy.
