Larry's greatest joy was his family. He shared 35 wonderful years of marriage with his devoted wife, Shelia Burgess. Together, they built a life filled with love, understanding, and unwavering support for each other. Larry was a loving and dedicated father to his two children, Phillip and Ron, whose lives were enriched by his wisdom, guidance, and affection.
Among Larry's greatest joys were his five grandsons: Bryan, Brent, Westley, Thailer, and Christopher. He cherished every moment spent with them, watching them grow, learn, and develop into remarkable young men. Larry's love for his grandsons knew no bounds, and he took great pride in being their grandfather.
Larry had a passion for golf and found immense joy in spending time with the Bushwood Boys on the golf course. The camaraderie, laughter, and friendly competition brought him countless hours of happiness and cherished memories. His love for the game was infectious, and he leaves behind a legacy of friendship and sportsmanship among his fellow golfers.
In addition to golf, Larry had a deep love for travel and exploration. He relished the opportunity to visit new places and experience different cultures alongside his beloved wife, Shelia. Together, they created memories that would last a lifetime, sharing adventures, laughter, and unforgettable moments wherever they went.
Beyond his family, golf, and travel, Larry was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering integrity.
