Lee Roy Moore, 82, of Burleson, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2024, with his family by his side.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 13, 2024, Biggers Funeral Chapel.

Lee Roy was born June 30, 1941, in Fort Texas, Texas to Lewis T. and Lillie Moore. He married the love of his life, Evelyn "Louise" Moore in 1960 in Fort Worth, Texas before moving to Burleson, Texas in 1985 where they resided until his death. Lee Roy worked for Harrison Jet Guns until he retired in 2003. He enjoyed working on small engines and watching old westerns on TV.

Lee Roy is survived by his wife, Louise; their sons; Ricky Moore and wife, Sandy, of Azle, Texas and Glenn Moore and wife, Murlene, of Granbury, Texas; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brothers, Henry Paul Moore and James Henry Moore.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Ross Moore; brother, Lewis Junior Moore; and sister, Ruby Fox.
