Linda Lou Davis aged 77 of River Oaks, TX passed away peacefully on November 26, 2023 surrounded by her children and grandchild. She was born on November 6, 1946 in Gladewater, TX. Linda proudly served her community as a White Oak Police Department dispatcher for 15 years and went on to retire as a medical records coordinator from River Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center. After retirement Linda spent her time with her children and grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Reita and RC Thompson, her siblings Jimmy Nixon, Jerry Nixon, and John Nixon, sister-in-law Madaline Nixon, her son Michael Scott Elrod, her son-in-law Kenneth Anderson, and her grandson Christopher Bryan Anderson.

Linda was survived by her daughter Linda Louann Anderson of River Oaks, her son James Bryan Elrod and spouse Stella Morales of Sacramento, granddaughter Samantha Jaramillo and spouse Leonardo Jaramillo, grandsons Jacob Zaiger and Cristian Jaramillo, all of Weatherford, siblings Judy Pierce and spouse Michael Pierce, Valeria Stephens and spouse Michael Stephens, Robert Thompson and spouse DeLois Thompson, Jeannie Oney and spouse Glenwood Oney, and Michael Thompson and spouse Laurie Thompson, all of Marshall, TX.

A funeral service is scheduled for 9 am on December 2, 2023 at Biggers Funeral Home 6100 Azle Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76135.
