Service will be held: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the Church of Light and Salt, 1864 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76054. Lisa was born September 16, 1976, in Dongducheon, South Korea and moved to the United States in 1981 when she was 4 years old and had remained a resident of Texas for 42 years. She was very dedicated and loyal to her family, friends, faith and work. She was selfless to the very end; always giving. She was an active member of her church and taught the youth. She had over 25 years of experience in medical management and billing. Her most recent company she had devoted 20 years of her life to. She is survived by her mother and father, Kyong Sun No and Chong Il No; her brother and his wife, John Noh and Mindy Noh; her niece, Chloe Noh. She leaves us with broken hearts and rich in memories.
