Madonna Hance Garrett, 78, a wonderful mother, grandmother and "Great Granny," passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013, at home. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Ryan Cemetery in Ryan, Oklahoma. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Biggers Funeral Home. Madonna Hance was born August 5, 1934, in Comanche, Oklahoma, and had lived in Fort Worth for over 50 years. She worked at Colonial House Restaurant for over 35 years before retiring. She was predeceased by two sons, Kenny Joe Reynolds and Tommy Ray Weatherford. She is survived by her daughter, Karen K. Safford and husband, Larry, of Saginaw; son, Billy T. Garrett of Fort Worth; sister, Joan Ellen Ball of Bowie; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
