Mark Wayne Cone, 56, went to be with our Lord Monday, April 9, 2018. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Christ Church, 5301 Alta Mesa Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76123. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. He served our community as a Lieutenant at the Fort Worth Fire Department with 33 years experience and the Lake Worth Fire Department with 27 years of experience, retiring as the Fire Chief. He was a devoted husband, dad, and the best "Pops". Mark was preceded in death by his father, Edward Cone, and sister, Patty Rose. Survivors: Mark is survived by his wife of 36 years, Charme; his mother, Lena Darrough; son, Justin Cone and wife, Kirsten; his daughter, Nicole Farish and husband, Daniel; four grandchildren, Landen and Micah Farish, and Eden and Harleigh Cone; sister, Linda Sutherland; brothers, Michael Cone and wife, Cindy, Mitchell Cone and wife, Traci; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
