Martha Clifton-Studer, 96, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Funeral: Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 5-6:30 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2018, at Biggers Funeral Home where a rosary will be recited at 4:30 p.m. Martha was born July 28, 1921 in Bomarton to Mary and John Simek. She was the youngest of 10 children and attended Marys Creek and Bomarton High School. She was a longtime active member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by a husband, Cliff Clifton, with whom she had three children; a husband, John Studer, whom she married at the age of 80; and by a son, John Clifton. She was a wonderful, loving, and supportive mother who was always there for her family and friends. Survivors: Daughters, Mary Ann Duron and husband, Chris and Geralyn Clifton; granddaughter, Clarisa and husband, Justin; and great- grandchildren, Ella Grace and Sophie Sinquefield.
