Mrs. Mary Kay Bittle, of Azle, Texas went home to be with Jesus on October 2, 2021. Service: 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 8, 2021, at Heritage Baptist Church Private Visitation for immediate family only The family request all flowers be sent to Heritage Baptist Church, Haslet, Texas. Mary was born on December 20, 1959 in Iola, Kansas, the daughter of Larry and Marcella Dixon. Mary was the youngest of 3 children. She and her family moved from Kansas to Texas and on to Arkansas where she finished high school. Mary graduated from Henderson State University, in Arkadelphia, AR where she met and married Chris Bittle on July 21, 1984. She completed her Masters degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where she worked for 18 years. Mary was always active in church serving in childrens ministries and leading many children to Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Mary and Chris recently celebrated their 37th wedding anniversary. She loved her Lord and Savior and spending time with her 2 year old granddaughter Parker. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Marcella Dixon, brother Wade Dixon, father-in-law Loy Bittle.. Mary is survived by her husband, Chris Bittle of Azle; son Adam Bittle of Azle; son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Cyndi Bittle; and grandchildren, Parker Grace Bittle and "Baby" Bittle of Boyd; sister and brother-in- law, Mischelle and Stephen Merrywell of Fort Smith, AR; and many other family members and countless friends.
