Mary Magdalene Lisby – widow of Mylas Andrew Lisby, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025.

A memorial gathering will take place Saturday, August 9, 2025, 2:00 pm, The Church in Fort Worth, 4066 Kingsridge Rd., Fort Worth, 76109.

Mary and Mylas moved to Lake Worth in 1961 where they lived 45 years. They celebrated 61 years of happily married life on June 2, 2007.

She had worked for Stafford Lowden Printing Company as a typist for 27 years and retired to support her husband and family. She was affectionately known in the family as "Grammy". She was active in the church showing hospitality to all and played the piano during church meetings. She loved camping and fishing.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Diane Lisby.

She is survived by her children, Shirley White (that lives in New Zealand), and Leslie Lisby Fort Worth resident; five grandchildren, Andrew White, Rachel Soria, Mark White, Leanne Jenkins, Caleb White; and eight great-grandchildren, Ava Soria, Madison Soria, Emmy Soria, Jacob White, Olivia White, Amela White, Harmony White, and Rose White.
