MaryAnne Butler Barrilleaux, 69, of Saginaw, Texas, passed away surrounded by her loving family at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital in Dallas, Texas, on the morning of Friday, December 19, 2025. She was born in Flushing, New York, July 10, 1956.

A celebration of her life: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2026, Biggers Funeral Home in Lake Worth, Texas. Family and friends are invited to attend and honor her memory.

MaryAnne graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1978 with a B.S. in Education. She accepted a job working for Conoco Inc. in 1980, where she would eventually meet her loving husband, Barry. They were married in June of 1982 and began a family together in 1984. MaryAnne was a wonderful stay-at-home mom for several years, but when her children entered school, she settled into teaching three- and four-year-olds at Abercrombie Elementary School in Houston, which allowed her to continue being there for her family without interruption.

The family moved to Enid, Oklahoma, in 1998, where MaryAnne spent her days working as a waitress at Pastimes Restaurant and every other free moment at baseball games and softball tournaments. After a move to the DFW area in 2005, MaryAnne began working at Aviall Inc. in Dallas. She worked nights and took pride in having a career to call her own. She still spent her evenings and weekends at all her kids' events, supporting each of them in their extracurricular activities and career journeys. She retired from Aviall in 2015 after receiving a bilateral lung transplant.

Most recently, her favorite days were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, Beaux (5), Barry (4), AnnaMarie (2), and Beckham (2), who called her "Geaux Geaux." She loved watching them sing and dance, play basketball and baseball, and frequently took them for zonies and slurpees at the local QT.

MaryAnne was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Veronica Butler; her brothers, David Butler and Thomas Butler Jr.; and her husband of 42 years, Barry Barrilleaux.

She is survived by her daughters, Danielle Clark (Chris) and Brittany Brawner (Brad); her son, Adam Barrilleaux; her sisters, Vicky Burg (John), Roni Sewell (Jerry), and Cathy Butler (Tom); her brother, Chris Butler (Erin); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
