On Wednesday, August 29, 2012, we said goodbye to Michael David Hutson, 64, a proud husband, father and grandfather. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Minters Chapel Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. An honored Vietnam veteran and longtime employee of John Peter Smith Hospital, he was a motorcycle enthusiast and dedicated worker. Always smiling and with a kind word, he taught by example the values he was taught by his father. While battling his illness he would often say, "Cancer is just one of lifes little inconveniences." He will be missed by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Dana, and a brother, Don. He is survived by: Wife, Donna; sons, Michael Hunter Hutson and wife, Alysa, and Mario Ramirez; granddaughters, Alexus, Kaitlyn, Lindsi and Shelby; sisters, Cheryl Hutson Spell, Winnie Hershewe; and brother, Warren Hutson and wife, Teresa.
