Milisa Ann Wilks, born on November 22, 1974, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and laughter.

Milisa had an infectious spirit and a deep love for her family and friends. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially fishing with her boys and anyone who wanted to join the adventure. An animal lover at heart, she extended her kindness to all creatures great and small. Her passion for helping others was reflected in her generous nature, and her ability to forgive and see beauty in the world made her a beacon of light to those around her.

A lover of music, Milisa had a special fondness for Dolly Parton, and her enthusiasm for the holiday seasons brought joy and warmth to her family gatherings. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother, and aunt—a truly fun and kind-hearted individual whose impact on those who knew her will never be forgotten. Milisa will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bailey Moore, and niece, Taylor Swanstrom.

She is survived by her two beloved sons, Grayson and Hayden Moore, who were her pride and joy; her devoted parents, Claude and Rebecca Wilks; Milisa is also cherished by her sisters, Sidney Brewer and Claudette Cole; brother-in-law, Troy Cole; her nieces, Rebecca Burd, Mackenzie Cole, and Brittany Harris; her nephews, Trenton Cole, Randy Burd, and Jacob Harris; her great nieces, Emily Harwell, Rebecca and Lylac Swanstrom; and her great nephews, Jaxson and Carson Harwell.
