Nancy Phyllis Carmean, 78, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at her home in Saginaw. A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 9, in Biggers Funeral Home Chapel. Nancy was born July 2, 1938 in Long Beach, California, and was a warehouse worker in the apparel industry. She had lived for many years in the Columbus, Ohio area. She is survived by her husband, Teddy E. Carmean; her children, Jeri G. Zealer, Steve Wilson, Tonda Wilson, and Tamera Polk; siblings, Elwood House and wife, Linda, Douglas House, and Glenna House; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
