Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely death of Nathan Williams, born January 24, 2000, in Fort Worth, Texas. Nathan departed this world Sunday, April 5, 2026, his kind heart and love of friends and family will always be cherished memories for those who knew him.

Visitation: 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2026, Biggers Funeral Home, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135. We encourage everyone to write a letter to be placed with Nathan before his cremation.

Nathan was kind, loyal, and fun loving. He loved to joke around, was funny, loved to game with his friends, and Monday night movie nights. Nathan will be missed terribly by those who knew and loved him, and you couldn't help but love him! He had the kind of loyal heart where he would do anything for friends and family.

Nathan was taken from us far too soon, he fought a courageous battle against cancer caused by a genetic condition known as neurofibromatosis, also known as NF1. NF1 causes tumors to form on nerve endings. These tumors are typically benign; however, when they do become cancerous, they are soft tissue sarcomas. Sarcomas are very difficult to treat and rarely respond to treatment. As mentioned above, NF1 is a genetic condition which is why our family encourages other families to discuss their medical histories with one another, and if possible, or you are comfortable with it, get genetic testing.

Nathan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Leonard Olin Williams, Jr., and his maternal grandpa, James M. Key, II.

He is survived by his parents, Terry and Renee' Williams; paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Williams; maternal grandparents, Michael and Teresa Hasty; sisters, Alexandra (Alex) Williams, Jackalyn (Jackie) Williams, and Heather Williams; numerous Aunts and Uncles; 4 nieces, and 3 nephews.
