Nita New, 51, finished her race and went home to be with her Lord on the evening of Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethesda Community Church. She had a unique way of genuinely caring about everyone, embracing all different types of people and radiating Jesus everywhere she went. She was known for often saying, "Theres nothing like life with Jesus!" Nita was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved and served her family faithfully. She will always be loved and remembered affectionately by her husband, children and grandchildren. Her life has touched many people - family, friends, and literally thousands of people in Latin America who were touched by her ministry there. Nita is survived by her husband, Steve; her sons and daughter-in-law, Delton Deal and Jennifer Deal and Brandon Deal; her daughter, Amy New; her grandchildren, Ashlynn Deal, Camryn Deal and Delton Deal; her father and mother-in-law, Ray and Becky New; her brothers and sisters, Wayne Robinson, Dorothy Robinson, Junior White and Linda White and their families.
