Norma Vasquez, 57, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Biggers Funeral Home. Norma was born in El Paso. She is the widow of Rick Vasquez and the daughter of Eduardo and Rita Marquez. She will be forever missed. She is survived by her children, Eli, Krystal, Brad, Karissa and Luis; grandchildren, Gabi, Eli, Alec and Logan; and siblings, Eduardo Jr., Sergio, and Joe Marquez.
