Olivia Ann McIntire Elam went home to be with our Heavenly father on April 15, 2021. Memorial/Celebration of Life will be April 26, 2021 at 2 pm, A&M Gardens, Azle Texas. Olivia was born on January 2, 1938 to William and Fannie Mae McIntire, in Santa Anna, Texas. She graduated from Santa Anna High School in 1956, moved to Fort Worth and studied math at University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She spent her early years as an administrative assistant and then found a new passion selling real estate. She was a founding partner in Dunn and Elam Real Estate in Azle, Texas. After retiring, she and Ed spent 20 years traveling, living mostly in Eagle Nest, New Mexico where they made many lifelong friends. Olivia leaves behind a legacy for all that knew her. For our family, she was the truest example of hard work, love and commitment. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Thomas McIntire and Matt McIntire; her three sisters, Linda Osburn, Judy Zabel and Barbara Jones; granddaughter, Brandi Dickey. Survivors include her husband, Ed Elam; daughters, Paula PIttsinger, Denise Thornton, Jennifer Atkinson and husband Sam, step-daughters, Donna Torres and Ronda Christian; sister, Peggy Hibbs, brother, Larry McIntire; grandchildren, Shane Dickey and wife, Dochea, Connor Nickerson, Olivia Atkinson and three great-grandchildren, Gracie, Emma and Zach.
