Oswaldo Raymundo, fondly known as Wally, passed away on February 16, 2023. Visitation: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2023 at Biggers Funeral Home. He was born in the Philippines, on February 28, 1953. He is an engineer by trade. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family. He was always there for them. Wally is survived by his wife, Elmina; three children, Rowella, Rochelle and Raymond; his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Danielle. While Wally left us far too soon, the impact he had on every life he has touched will be felt for years to come.
