Obituary

Patricia Cearley Davis, age 73, of Lake Worth, Texas passed away, June 1, 2024 in Fort Worth. Patricia was born August 26, 1950 in Bridgeport, Texas to R.N. Cearley and Ellanora Raschke Cearley.

Service: 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 7, 2024 at Biggers Funeral Chapel

Committal: 11:30 a.m., at Azleland Cemetery in Reno.

The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time.

Patricia "Pat" was deeply loved by her family and friends. She was always there for everyone's birthdays and any family events. She especially loved and enjoyed the Christmas holidays. Giving gifts, decorating her home with the many Santa Clauses she collected.

Pat also treasured her fur babies. They were her "children". She also had a neat collection of butterflies.

Pat was employed by Riley Plumbing for over 20 years with her last 25 years being Guardianship Assistant in Probate Court 1 at Tarrant County. After her years of employment, she retired and became active in the Lake Worth community, joining the Historical Society Board for many years. She was also a member of the Lake Worth Boat Club. At one point and time she adventured into a wedding venue business with a friend.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, R.N. and Ellanora Raschke Cearley; son, Matthew Davis; brothers, infant R.N. Cearley, Jr., Ronald Cearley and Charles Cearley.

She is survived by two grandchildren, Madison Davis and Trevor Davis; siblings, Frank Cearley of Iowa, Louise Whites of Fort Worth, Doris Cearley of Warren, Texas; several nieces and nephews.
