Patsy Jean (Patrick) Elting, age 77, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025, at Whispering Pines Lodge in Longview, Texas.

Graveside Service: 10:15 am on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made in Patsy's memory to Tarrant Area Food Bank, (Tarrant Area Food Bank - Working To Eliminate Hunger) an organization that was close to her heart.

She was born on October 17, 1947, in Sherman, Grayson County, Texas to the late Francis Patrick and Estie H. (Neal) Patrick, Patsy was a long-time resident of Lake Worth, Texas, where she was cherished by her family and community.

Patsy is survived by her devoted husband, Van Edwin Elting; her two beloved sons, Van V. Elting and Patrick N. Elting and wife, Stacy; her granddaughter, Samantha B. Stamback and husband, Austin; her grandson, Ryan P. Elting; great-granddaughter, Stacy Gray Gillock; and great-grandson, Sutton Ray Stamback.

Her love and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
