Obituary

Patsy Gayle Gilbreath, 75, passed from this life Monday, March 16, 2026, in Haslet, Texas. She was born February 19, 1951, in Fort Worth to the late J.B. Porter and Bertha Viola Dragoo, and from the very beginning she carried a spirit full of kindness, faith, and devotion.

Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026, Greenwood Memorial Park.

Patsy loved God deeply and lived her life as a faithful witness to His goodness. Her gentle strength, her unwavering belief, and her willingness to share her faith touched countless lives. She cherished her family above all else, pouring her heart into every moment spent with them. To those who knew her best, she was the steady center of the family—loving, supportive, and endlessly giving.

She enjoyed shopping, had a natural talent for making a house feel like a home, and was an exceptional cook whose meals brought people together. But perhaps her most treasured title was "Nana." Everyone knew her as Nana—the one who made you feel special, welcomed, and loved.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Judy Gilley.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Dannie Gilbreath; her sons, Ronnie Gilbreath and wife, Ruth, and Chad Gilbreath and wife, Tracy; her grandchildren, Avery Gilbreath, Paisley Gilbreath, J.B. Gilbreath, Abigail Suarez, Taylor Boyer, and Juan Suarez; and her niece, Courtney Ann. Each of them carries forward her legacy of love, faith, and family.
