Paul H. Pepper, 40, a warrant officer for the Tarrant County Sheriffs Office, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Paul was born December 14, 1972, in Fort Worth. He was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Eastern Hill High School. He loved his animals and being at home playing computer and video games. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Deger Pepper. He is survived by his fiancee, Jessica Morgan; father, Barry L. Pepper of Haslet; sisters, London Moss of Fort Worth and Heather Moon of Midland; and brother, Timothy Scott Pepper of College Station.
