Paula Gafford Lozano, 71, of Azle passed on to be with the Lord, on her birthday, Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home. Paula retired as the injury compensation manager of North Texas for the United States Postal Service. She was also a very active member and loved volunteering at The Abbey Church in Azle. Paula was very much loved by her friends and family and the unconditional love she showed everyone will live on through her children and grandchildren. In the end Paula was surrounded by friends and family and went on to be with the Lord peacefully. We can all only hope to go as peacefully as she did. Paula is survived by her brother, Douglas East; and her three children, Monica Hannon, Vincente Lozano and Jesse Lozano. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
