Obituary

It was an Honor and Blessing to be a part of this beautiful soul Raffie Lin James Jr also known as (RJ / Boogie Boo). Sunrise on July 17, 2007, in Fort Worth, Tx. Sunset July 29, 2024. With open arms he was welcomed home by his Grandparents Jose and Teresita Reyes, Uncle Dino Conde, Aunt Jernae James and Frances James.

He leaves behind to cherish the memories of his life his Mother, Angel Ever Reye;, his Father, Raffie Lin James; three sisters, Jaden Watson, Amaia James, Laila Watson; four brothers, Coby, Donald (Dino), Alexander James, Yahya Tatu Watson; His Poppi Lamar Watson and bonus moms, Cheree Long & Debbie Jones.

Raffie had lots of love in life which included his promised to be wife, Skylar Hill; his three best friends, Xay, Ethan, & Trystan; his nine Aunts, Mary Jane Garcia(Mike Garcia), Thea Isabel Reyes (Richard Herrera), Nicole Reyes, Thea Genna Williams(Rodney Williams), Rosalynn James, Rahshae James, Jasmin Watson, Bianca Watson, Brandi Watson; his two Uncles, Ismael Reyes(Roseanne Gonzalez) and Warren James ( Rochelle). Raffie also loved his mother/father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Hill; his grandparents, Ismael Reyes/Guadalupe Reyes; his bonus grandparents, Lamar Sr /Demetra aka Grandma GG Watson, Linwood Seward and Tracy James; and more (too many to list) as well as many cousins and friends.

Raffie loved going to church and was big in his faith, he loved going to school and sports such as football. He had big plans for his life, wanting to attend (TCU) Texas Christian University also wanting to join the US Navy. Raffie was excited for his 1st day of his senior year at Brock High School. Boswell was also a huge part of his academics where most of his close friends attended. Raffie was proud to be part class 2025.

"But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep."
