Born on June 11, 1988, in Paris, Texas, Todd brought immense joy and light to everyone who knew him.

Todd grew up with a passion for learning and helping others. He attended Western Hills High School, where he excelled academically, graduating Summa Cum Laude in the Class of 2007. He ranked an impressive #24 out of 320 students and was a proud member of the National Honor Society. Beyond his academic achievements, Todd possessed a deeply empathetic heart. During his high school years, he dedicated his time as a volunteer in the Oncology Department at Cook Children's Hospital, bringing comfort and smiles to young patients during their most difficult battles.

Following high school, Todd pursued higher education at both Texas Tech University and Texas Christian University (TCU). During his college years, he shared his love for music and brotherhood as a member of the Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia fraternity.

The absolute brightest light in Todd’s life was his beloved daughter, Aria Faith Pascall, whom he affectionately called his "June Bugg." She was his world, and his love for her will endure forever.
