Raymond "RH" Joyce, 87, passed away peacefully at his home on July 28, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. Where he moved shortly after his wife's passing May 17, 2025.

Born on April 18, 1938, in Golden Pond, Kentucky, Raymond was the son of Gladys Joyce Nichols and Hubert Joyce. From a young age, he demonstrated a deep sense of duty and patriotism that would shape the course of his life. Upon graduating high school in 1956, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he served with honor and dedication for eight years.

Raymond's life was marked by steadfast commitment—both to his country and to his family. He shared 57 years of marriage with his beloved wife Brenda Jones Joyce, who preceded him in death on May 17, 2025.

He is lovingly remembered by his sister Jeanette Roberts and her husband Don; his son Larry Joyce and wife Jenny; and his daughter Stacey Sykes and husband Robert. He has many nieces and nephews, grandkids and great-grandkids. His legacy lives on through them and all who were fortunate to know him. The knowledge he passed on to us will live on in us forever.

Raymond's journey from rural Kentucky to military service and beyond reflects a life lived. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him. His legacy will live on in those who loved him.
