Richard Lee Hibler's Obituary
Richard Lee Hibler, 77, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 13, in Biggers Funeral Chapel.
Richard is survived by his children, Mary Vess, Peggy Rios, Rickie Hibler, and Terrie Dodson and 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
