Robert "Bob" Anthony Ravaioli was born on October 20, 1941, in Haileyville, Oklahoma, to Anthony "Tony" and Palma Ravaioli.

Mass: 10:30 am, Friday, March 21, 2025 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Biggers Funeral Chapel with a recitation of The Holy Rosary to commence at 6:30 pm.

Growing up in Haileyville, Bob could often be found playing baseball and football, helping his dad at the butcher shop, or engaged in a competitive game of Monopoly. He also had a knack for mischief, especially with his best friend, Pete Vinzetta.

Bob attended Oklahoma State University, where he met the love of his life, Carolyn Parker. The two married on January 30, 1965, and after earning his engineering degree, Bob and Carolyn embarked on a successful journey with GTE which led them from Indiana to Texas to California and then back to Texas.

Their greatest blessings came in the form of their two daughters, Angie and Gina. He was their biggest fan and loudest cheerleader, always on the golf course, always watching, and always knowing the outcome before it even happened.

One of his proudest moments was walking each of his daughters down the aisle, beaming with pride as he gave them away. But to him, he wasn't losing daughters, he was gaining sons. He welcomed Rob Larkin and Shea Pilgreen into the family with open arms.

Bob's love for his family only grew as they did, but nothing compared to the joy of becoming a Papa. When BR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 arrived, his heart expanded even more, fully devoted to his grandkids.

Angie and Gina quickly realized their dad's priorities had shifted. Their once-frequent phone calls became predictable:

"Hello?"

"Hey Dad, how are you?"

"Is (grandchild's name) there?"

He wasn't really calling to check on his daughters anymore – it was all about the grandkids, the lights of his life.

As Bob's immediate family grew, so did his circle of friends in Fort Worth. He cherished playing bridge, sharing dinners with friends, playing golf and staying active in the community. His faith was a guiding force in his life, and his presence at Holy Trinity was unwavering.

Bob found a home at Holy Trinity, where he was an active member of the Men's Club. He loved organizing events and cooking for special occasions. One of his greatest joys was watching the children take part in the Easter Egg hunt that he put together each year, but his dedication extended far beyond that. Whether it was planning meals, coordinating special celebrations, or simply bringing people together, Bob was always at the center of it, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and valued.

Bob's legacy is one of love, dedication, and a heart that only grew bigger with time. His presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished by those who knew and loved him.
