Roger Gutierrez - loving husband, father, grandfather, and dear friend went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 22, 2022. A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held May 6, 2022, 2pm at The Destiny Center, 10200 Fm 156 Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76131. He was born on October 21, 1945 to Tranquilino Gutierrez and Hortensia Santillanes. Roger was survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sandra; his children, daughter, Carol Slavens and husband, Doug; son, Roger Gutierrez and wife, Coralynn; daughter, Christina Gutierrez and husband, Abe; son, Randy Gutierrez and wife, Esmeralda; grandchildren Jacob Marquez, Lauren Slavens, Derek Gutierrez, Isaiah Gutierrez and Mia Gutierrez; his sister, Edna Lucero and husband, Rudy; brother, Leonard Gutierrez and wife, Rosalie, brother, Larry Gutierrez. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tranquilino and Hortensia, and sister, Ruby.
