William Ross Pennington, 29, of Northlake, Texas passed away on September 6, 2024.
Service: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 12, 2024 Biggers Funeral Chapel.
Visitation: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. prior to service
Committal: 12:30 p.m. following service at Aurora Cemetery, Aurora, Texas.

Ross was born on September 1, 1995 in Decatur, Texas to Charles and Sandy Pennington.
Ross grew up in Justin and Rhome, Texas and graduated from Northwest High School in 2013.
Ross was a person of exceptional character whose kindness and integrity impacted the lives of everyone who knew him.
As a steadfast compass for his friends, Ross' wisdom and compassion provided guidance and strength in times of need. He loved to joke and always kept his friends and family laughing.
His love for his wife, Katy, was so profound and pure, it inspired all who witnessed it. They married on October 27, 2023. Baby love forever.
Ross Pennington was preceded in death by his mother, Sandy Lynn Wright Pennington and his father, Charles Pennington.
Ross is survived by his wife, Katy Burris Pennington, his beloved dogs, Gus and Scout, his sister, Abby Pennington of Aurora, Texas, grandparents Sandra and Gabe Godbey of Aurora, Texas and Judy and Butch Pennington of Thackerville, Oklahoma and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his in-laws Kameron and Andrea Burris of Houston, Texas, brother-in-law, Kye Burris of Gillett, Arkansas and sister-in-law Courtney Carpenter and her husband Adam of Houston, Texas and many, many friends who will miss him dearly.
