Roy E. Bailey, 76, formally of Azle, Texas, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021 at a Fort Worth care center. Service: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2021, in Biggers Funeral Chapel with interment at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Roy was born August 31, 1944 in Brownwood, Texas to Thomas and Thelma Bailey. He was a longtime member of Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church and retired after 25 years of service in the Texas Army National Guard. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Connie Bailey; children, James P. Butler and wife, Jennifer, Randy K. Butler and wife, Christy, and Jason C. Bailey; brother, Benny Bailey; grandchildren, Jerod Butler, Mason Rice, Carson Butler, Aydan Butler, Briar Butler, and Kason Butler; great-grandchildren, Braxton Butler, Saylor Vasquez, and Rylan Rice.
