Ryan was born March 3, 1972 in Fort Worth to Becky and Ronald Griffin. He had two brothers and two sisters. Ryan was a maintenance technician for Tarrant County College for fourteen years. He loved football, spending time with his family and his church. Ryan is survived by his mother, Becky Ricketts of Azle; his brother, Ron and his wife, Sandy of Bentonville, Arkansas; his sister Rhonda Jones and niece Chloe Jones of Azle; his sister Lesa Moore of Boyd and nephews Jameson Ricketts and Luke Moore and niece, Raylynn Moore; his brother, Rex Griffin and wife, Carmen of Fort Worth and nephew, Adam Griffin.
