Ryan Major Rice, 29, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 18, at Biggers Funeral Chapel.The family encourages and welcomes everyone to attend the service in remembrance of a life taken far too soon. Ryan was preceded in death by her father, David Rice. She is survived by her mother, Willa Lemon-Rice; children, Blaine, Lathan and Trinity Garrett; brother, David Rice; grandmother, Nettie Lemon; and many other loving family members and special friends.
