Sharon Lea (Winkles) Hinze, age 73, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Service: 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Biggers Funeral Chapel, 6100 Azle Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76135.

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2024 at Biggers Funeral Home.

Born on December 22, 1951, in Fort Worth, Sharon spent her life deeply devoted to her family and loved ones. She built a remarkable career with SBC/AT&T, dedicating 37 years as an Area Manager. A true leader and mentor, she guided and inspired those she worked with and those who worked for her.

Sharon had a zest for life that was truly unmatched. She loved the Lord, her family, and oh how she loved to gamble—whether at the local game room or on trips to Winstar or Las Vegas with friends. She found immense joy in spoiling her daughters and grandchildren and made it a priority to be involved in everything they did. Family reunions were among her favorite gatherings—any excuse for a celebration was reason enough for Sharon to bring people together.

She was the heart of every party—never meeting a stranger and always bringing laughter wherever she went. Her warmth extended beyond family; she touched countless lives with her kindness and encouragement. Sharon had a unique ability to make everyone feel valued; she believed in people wholeheartedly and encouraged them to become the best versions of themselves. Her presence could light up any room, leaving an unforgettable mark on all who knew her.

Sharon's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her daughters, Michele Zornes (Jim), Stacy Clark (Mike), and Julie Wiggins (Brian); her brother, Homer Winkles (Donna); grandchildren, Brianna Hall, Jackson Chappell (Brooklyne), Gavin Hall, Garrett Chappell, Kailea Sisk, Olivia Clark, Madison Clark, McKenzee Clark, Ethan Clark, Andrew Wiggins, Bryson Wiggins, JT Zornes (Carlyn), Jared Zornes (Chelsea), and Jocelyn Zornes; as well as 14 beloved great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her special niece Janessa Berlanga and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Peggy Winkles; sister, Bonnie Manous; grandson, Chase Wiggins; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Sharon's legacy of love and joy will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
