Service: A Committal with Military Honors for Sidney Wedeles "Sid" Steele, 91, of Lake Worth, Texas will be held at 9:00 am, April 22, 2022, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Donations can be made at: https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org Sid was born October 21, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois, and passed peacefully on December 9, 2021. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War, after which he was a pilot for Delta Air Lines. Sid loved water skiing, flying, and attending the Texas State Fair. He is preceded in death by his parents Henry Sr. and Lucille Steele, brother Henry Steele Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon; son, Hunter Hutto Sr. and his wife, Jennifer; daughter, Annette Steele: and three grandsons: Hunter Hutto Jr., Holton Hutto, and Wyatt Hutto.
