Steven R. Austin of Grapevine, Texas, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the age of 62.

Visitation:  1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Biggers Funeral Home, 6100 Azle Avenue, Lake Worth, Texas 76135.

Steve was born November 23, 1960 in Naugatuck, Connecticut to Melvin and Sandra Austin. Steve graduated from Naugatuck High School in 1978 and moved to Texas shortly after.

He loved fishing, watching sports and being with family and friends. Steve moved to Grapevine, Texas in 1999 to be closer to his kids and lived there for the remainder of his life.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Austin

He is survived by his father, Melvin Austin; Brother, David Austin; Children, Jonathan Austin, Nicole Austin, Diana West & husband Andrew, and Sonny Austin; Grandchildren, Levi Bunten, Macie Austin, Tori Austin and Wyatt West; Nephew, Colin Austin and wife, Pamela.
