Theda Ruth Jones, age 103, passed away on August 15, 2021. Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Biggers Funeral Home She was born on April 15, 1918, in Poolville, Texas to Homer and Gladys Waters. She married Van B. Jones and they had two children, Mary Genelle and James Forrest Jones. Theda was preceded in death by her husband, Van B. Jones; her daughter, Mary G. Earwood; her sister, Martha Allen; and her brother, Hershel Waters. She is survived by, her son James Forrest Jones and his wife, Donna (Stillings) Jones; her son-in-law, Herman D. Earwoood; four grandsons, Forrest Edward and Anthony Dee Earwood, Bryan and Philip Jones; six great grandchildren, Anthony Lane Earwood, Timothy Dale Earwood, Tanner Forrest Jones, Tyler Van Buren Jones, Cheyenne Payne Jones and Maxwell Oliver Jones; two great-great grandchildren, Ezra Jones and Tobias Jones.
