Theda Ruth Ratliff, 89, a loving wife, mother and homemaker, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 2, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Committal will be at 12:30 p.m. in Boyd Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. Mrs. Ratliff, a longtime Fort Worth resident, was a member of Ridglea Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Joyce Ratliff of Denver, Colorado, Robert Ratliff and wife, Jean, of Azle and Larry Ratliff and wife, Joan, of Littleton, Colorado; sister, Evelyn Peppers; brothers, J.D. Madewell and wife, Virginia, and Aaron Madewell and wife, Ginny; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; a large extended family; and many friends.
