KENNEDALE Theophilus "Tio" Quaye, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 5, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. A celebration of his life will be at 9:00 a.m. Sunday, February 26, 2012 at the Arlington Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 4409 Pleasantview Drive in Arlington. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the Dallas-Fort Worth Ghanaian Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 509 N.E. 4th Street, in Grand Prairie. Tio was born on November 24, 1960 in Ghana to Daniel Mensah Adjei and Elizabeth Adjetey-Din. Tio and his lovely wife, Victoria raised their daughters in Michigan, Florida and Kennedale. Tio worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Dept. at Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest in Ft. Worth. Tio loved God, music and blessed many with his hands wherever he worked. Survivors: Tio is survived by his wife, Victoria Quaye; his daughters, Barbara, Beryl and Danielle; by four brothers and four sisters.
